I made a promise life would never get the best of me triumphing effortlessly grinding until the death of me... as a child I was never weak I would fight if I had to my parents knew they tried to protect me from everything. I learned a lot of stuff the hard way especially how to be a man and that I need a queen like coretta king. Who think they know my struggles they lied best believe and my dawgs ride for me cause they know that I'm a better breed.

I'll be the person on which everybody can depend I hate when the world is against me and all my friends are just mia... you all can relate I know you feel my pain we gotta win so i dominate every problem they send my way...
No fear the future to me is so clear few tears cause we all done lost a few friends true losers'll try to copy your movements but the truth is they could never do it how you did

I lost my job a couple weeks back I'm helping my mom who can't work so my rent? She need that. My cousin got felonies and together we, hit the streets outkast but now I'm rhyming like 3stacks, beats I rip daily hoping you feel me praying they save me from the streets fore I turn slim shady and relapse. ain't over till it's over you'll never see me collapse, rather carry the weight on my shoulders than bear it on my knee caps...

People looking up to me I'm doing what I said I could, they understood still plenty thought that I never would! They couldn't picture it a picture worth a thousand words but actions speak louder the truth is out and so now they heard! And if they listen they'll see the vision That i observe, know the reason I get the type of respect they say i deserve no denying it I've learned the closer I am to acquiring what i desire then the brighter the fire burns!

nobody going to hold me down or ever hold me back, the state of mind of a champion a sign like the zodiac, CRAZY put your mind to it you can do it when a wise man told me that it changed me it made me... never make a promise that I can't keep my word is bond word is bond in every way he's... yeahdo even if they hate me they can't break me

nobody'll do it for me many have tried and many have failed but I won't lose hope never let it go instead he'll grow in spite of what many have said. I wonder how many are really prepared, how many are scared to fail, how many'll try till they win grind time put it in with their eyes on the finish until they prevail... I'll be myself regardless of how many records I sell no matter the cost no matter the price I'll never change who I am. It's like I said I made a promise I would take a stand and if you'll stand with me, it's nothing that can take us down
